PURPOSE STATEMENT: To deliver essential resources to people without them in the time and circumstances of their need. To obtain commitments to so providing these resources from those who have or control them. To deliver these resources as a gift and an example of Christ’s love and mercy to us all. To distribute them via established, credible groups who in turn will supply them in the context of committed on-going relationship to local communities in need or in crisis.
